These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flow AI Transcribe application ("the App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Flow AI Transcribe lets you record voice notes, transcribe them to text, and generate AI‑written summaries and suggested titles. Flow AI Transcribe is local‑first: by default, recordings, transcripts, and notes are stored locally on your device. If you subscribe to our optional Cloud service, your content is also stored and processed in the cloud for enhanced results, backup, and sync.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into these Terms to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
If the App requires you to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials or attempt to circumvent the App's authentication, App Check, or token mechanisms.
